Did you miss the Call for Makers deadline? Though you can still apply for the Vancouver Mini Maker Faire wait list, you might be interested to hear that you can get involved in the event without committing to two days of exhibiting. We’re on the look-out for Presenters, Workshop Leaders, and Performers to make the fifth annual VMMF a raging success!
Share your knowledge and skills as a Workshop Leader! We love to encourage learning at VMMF so we are looking for Makers of all kinds who can design and lead a fun 30-60 minute workshop (or two!). In the past, we have had workshops on everything from letterpress to basket weaving.
Do you have an idea or a project of interest to the local Maker community? Or do you want to demonstrate what you make and how it works? We are looking for Presenters for our Speakers’ Stage! Apply to give an exciting 10, 20, or 45 minute presentation, or organize a panel with other Makers.
Finally, we are looking for musicians and entertainers to wow Faire attendees! Apply to perform for a 45 minute set in an outdoor tent or as you roam through the crowds at the PNE Forum this year. We welcome all kinds of Performers at VMMF. Deadline for applications for Presenters, Workshop Leaders and Performers is in mid-April.

Can you think quickly on your feet and keep a smile on your face as you head into your 3rd day of working 10-12 hours? Then tell us all about yourself and we’ll see if you’re a good fit.
Application Deadline: 6pm Thursday March 19

Come out and share your passion project -finished or still in progress- with an enthusiastic and appreciative audience! If you have an unusual tool or machine you’d like to show off, we’d love to see that, too. We especially encourage exhibits that feature a hands-on component, so if you have a skill you’d like to share with attendees, please let us know.
